We saw lots of wild animals,black bears, mountain goats,
big horn sheep and lots of deer.
We hiked 85 klm. and climbed
more than 10,000 feet.

My summer trip of July 2011, was to Wells Grey Provincial Park.
This park boasts of many water falls. My canoe and hiking trip ,
captured many of these beatiful water falls. Some small but lots of
high volume water activity.

Chilcotin [July, 2010 ]
I just finished hiking for a week in the Chilcotin area. 
We started in the Taylor basin,
and then did the Harris ridge , Windy pass, Spruce lake and the Lick trail as well.
The weather was very good and we managed to see a large group of mountain goats.
The group I was hiking with covered 73 kilometers for the week.

The smoke from forest fires has filled the valley's. The big waves helped make the trip exciting.

After we crossed the border the sun came out.
The rest of the trip was sunny and warm.

The third day on the trail and we are going to go over US-Canada border. But to get to the summit we have to scramble over big and small rocks and thru drizzle and fog.
