I have been fortunate to hike in British Columbia since I moved to Kelowna in 2004.Hiking the Kelowna area, and I have done some fantastic trips.I hiked in Waterton National Park 2005&2012, Glacier National Park,Mount Assiniboine, The Earl Grey Traverse at the end of Kootenay Lake, Canmore Alberta and I paddled 600klm. down the Yukon river to Dawson City. In 2009,I have rafted down the Tatshenshini River. While I was in the Yukon I rode the train to Skagway and hiked the Chilkoot Trail.

Chilcotin [July, 2010 ]
I just finished hiking for a week in the Chilcotin area. We started in the Taylor basin,
and then did the Harris ridge , Windy pass, Spruce lake and the Lick trail as well.
The weather was very good and we managed to see a large group of mountain goats.
The group I was hiking with covered 73 kilometers for the week.
